From Inspiration to Transformation

BGB Ltd was born from a passion for property transformation. Our founder, Deepak Bajaj, was inspired by the BBC show Homes Under The Hammer, where investors turned rundown properties into valuable homes. In 2014, while working in Bournemouth, Deepak bought his first renovation project—a decision that would change his career path.

What started as a personal project soon turned into a profitable venture. After selling the renovated property for a surprising profit, Deepak moved to Coventry for work and reinvested the earnings into more property projects. Over the years, what began as a side gig alongside his job grew into a full-time property investment business, now known as BGB Ltd.
